Focus Construct has been engaged by Gold Coast City Council to deliver the Mudgeeraba Aquatic Centre — a new $9m aquatic facility for the Mudgeeraba community, targeted for completion in Quarter 3, 2027.
The project involves construction of a new 25m 7-lane pool, demolition of the existing pool, upgrades to the community play areas, and refurbishment and extension of the admin/amenities building. Focus is engaged as principal contractor on a Design & Construct contract, delivering the works on a live Council aquatic site alongside a specialist pool builder and long-lead trade packages.
