FOCUS CONSTRUCT has received the Master Builders Queensland Gold Coast region award for Best Fitout up to $5m, for the Gallagher Gold Coast Fitout Project at 1 Zupp Drive, Ormeau.
The award recognises the site team's work delivering Gallagher's Gold Coast office fit-out — run as its own project inside the 1 Zupp Drive building, coordinated closely alongside the base-building new construction rather than handed off as a separate job once the building was complete.
