Commercial — new build & fitout
Focus Construct delivered the new-build construction of 1 Zupp Drive, Ormeau, for Zupp Property — the base building, ground floor, foyer, painting, landscaping and common areas that now house Gallagher as anchor tenant.
Gallagher's own office fit-out inside the building was run as a separate, award-winning project, coordinated closely with the base build rather than handed off as two disconnected jobs. Focus worked closely with Zupp Property and Sheldon on the base build itself.
That coordination mattered most when problems surfaced mid-project — including an issue with the existing metal roof — where the Focus team worked with the client to find a practical path forward without needing a full replacement.
