Focus Construct was engaged by Fathom Pacific Pty Ltd as the principal contractor for a multi-level head office fit-out at a new building in Everton Park. The form of contract was an AS 4000-1997, and design and contract administration were through COMUNiTI Pty Ltd.
The scope was a full multi-trade commercial HQ fit-out across levels, including partitions/ceilings/doors, a major feature stair and void package, extensive joinery, hydraulics, mechanical, electrical (power/lighting/data interfaces), CCTV/security, floor coverings, painting, glazing, polished concrete, blinds, brickwork, appliances, loose furniture and workstations, and associated preliminaries/BWIC. Works interfaced with base-build / landlord elements and were delivered in stages (Stage 1 then Stage 2 residual works). Works included an indoor rooftop half-court basketball court, which is often used by the staff.
