Fit Out — office refurbishment
This project sits within Focus Construct's commercial fitout work — a full refresh of Gallagher's Gold Coast regional office, including staff breakout and kitchen facilities, end-of-trip lockers, a reprographics/print room and meeting rooms finished with branded glazed partitions. Run as its own project inside the 1 Zupp Drive building, it was delivered alongside — but separately from — the base-building new construction.
The relationship between Gallagher's and Focus Construct was built on a transparent, problem-solving approach to the project — treating decisions as a shared, best-for-project conversation rather than a fixed brief handed down.
