Focus Construct was engaged by Brisbane City Council as principal contractor for the O'Callaghan Park Roof Upgrade at the Zillmere community sports facility (Zillmere AFC).
The works comprised a short-duration roof replacement and associated building works: remove existing roof sheets/flashings/fascia; install new Klip-Lok Colorbond (Surfmist) roofing with wire/insulation; gutters/downpipes; asbestos vent pipe replacement; electrical/comms re-routing from fascia; eastern awning replacement with insulated panel; main building soffit lining, painting and LED lighting; and AC removal/reinstatement interface.
