Overview

Focus Construct completed a short-program change room fitout/refurb in an existing Class 9b sports building at Brendale for Brisbane Roar FC. Scope covered non-structural partition walls, shower/amenities partitions, electrical, skirting, benches, paint, and sport lockers, delivered with staged handover.

What made it work
Tight 43-day overall programme; main works late November 2025 and interim handover 12 December 2025 without lockers
Live facility: site establishment, access control to recovery room, no out-of-hours work
Long-lead lockers: 8-week overseas procurement, freight managed by Focus; full handover after install
Value engineering: switched to "Red Seat" alternative lockers, no GPO to lockers, reduced electrical, joinery path reworked
