Focus Construct is principal contractor for Stage 1 make-good and alteration works at Swifts Leagues Club, Booval. Engagement is under a signed Head Contract and Makegood Contract, with progress claims under the Building Industry Fairness Act 2017.
The Stage 1 scope is a multi-trade internal strip-out and rebuild of club areas: make-safe services; demolition of joinery/booths, carpet, tiling, BOH finishes and ceilings; subsequent fitout trades (partitions, glazing, flooring, painting, services interfaces), plus preliminaries/supervision. Works are on a live club / bowling venue, with staging, temporary fencing, and significant demolition-led delivery.
