Focus Construct was engaged by Liquid Interactive Pty Ltd as principal contractor for a commercial office fit-out at 324 Wickham Street, Fortitude Valley. The form of contract was a lump sum AS 4000-1997 Construction Contract.
The scope covered a full multi-trade office fit-out to design by Inside Collaboration, including demolition, ceilings and partitions (with seismic design), doors/hardware, joinery, carpets and vinyl, glazing, electrical (power, data, lighting), hydraulics, mechanical (provisional sum), fire services, painting, and related preliminaries. Works were delivered in an existing multi-tenant commercial building, requiring building approval, heritage-related planning input, and coordination with occupied tenancies.
