Focus Construct was engaged by the Queensland Government for the CSSDS (Child Safety, Seniors and Disability Services) electorate office fitout at 186 Granite Street, Geebung. Focus acted as principal contractor for a multi-trade office fitout under the architect's (CA Architects) documentation.
The scope was a full ground and level 1 office fitout including ceilings and partitions, doors/frames/hardware, floor coverings, glazing, joinery, painting, whitegoods & AV, FF&E / workstations, blinds, electrical & security, hydraulics & fire, mechanical, signage, cleaning and sundries. Works were in an existing building, with construction-issue drawings, dilapidation reporting, building approval / Form 11 occupancy, and extensive management through delivery.
