Focus Construct was engaged by Football Queensland in an ECI procurement to deliver value engineering, design, refurbishment and extension of the existing football amenities/clubhouse at Aplins Weir Rotary Park.
Scope includes selective demolition, refurbishment of existing amenities/changers/office, new changerooms and public amenities extension, new roof/covered areas, accessibility upgrades, hydraulics/electrical/mechanical, and external make-good. Delivery is two-phase: Phase 1 ECI (design finalisation, BA path, fixed-price proposal) currently underway, then Phase 2 Design & Construct (Master Builders D&C).
