Easts Leagues Club is part of Focus Construct's club and hospitality refurbishment work — renovating common areas, amenities and facilities while a live, operating venue keeps running around the project.
That meant staying flexible as the club's day-to-day operational needs shifted throughout the build, rather than working to a rigid, unchanging program.
