Overview

Focus Construct has been awarded an ECI for a 10,000-seat stadium in South East Queensland. Design concepts under review range from traditional construction to two-sided and four-sided modular grandstands that can increase capacity where required. The project includes 1,500 m² of facilities — changerooms, toilets, food and beverage, corporate, offices, retail, media and health — planned as a multi-use venue for rugby union, rugby league, football, concerts and community events. Workstreams include ECI and development management, and design management and approvals.
